We’re starting the week with a bang — heart explosions are in the forecast! Anything heart-related is fair game today. It’s a beautiful time for self-expression, reconnecting with yourself, and spending time with loved ones.

Monday – Thursday
We continue to swim through the heart space early in the week, beginning with deep, shadowy love energy on Monday. This “love-it-up” vibe invites healing, relationship repair, and heartfelt connection. Creativity and beauty flow easily — so lean into it!

Tuesday keeps the love energy going strong, while Wednesday brings a soft transition as that frequency begins to fade. By Thursday, the mind takes the lead — and that shift can feel tricky if you’re still riding the emotional waves or feeling heart-burnout from earlier in the week.

Friday – Saturday
By Friday, we move out of the heart space and (for the third Friday in a row!) enter the weekend with a Diamond Mind. This is a perfect time to channel insight and learn how to balance your emotions — rather than suppressing what’s been holding you back from your most authentic self.

The emotional deep dive softens by Saturday, leaving you with new awareness and clarity about how you truly want to live and show up in the world.
