The Energetic 411 for the Week of November 23
Phew… the last few days have been a lot.
The energy has felt prickly, chaotic, and honestly a little bipolar. One moment carried fast-paced, “get everything done” yang energy, and the next felt like the urge to curl up under blankets, shut out the noise, and surrender to pure yin rest.
This confusion pushed me into introspection—because feeling imbalanced always does.
As the physical frequencies rose to the surface this week and into the weekend, they felt eerily similar to cycles I’ve experienced many times before. The heart frequency came forward as the primary focus, with the feminine aspect in the sacral space following closely behind.
When I finally sat with these frequencies (because they didn’t really give me another choice), the message became crystal clear:
Above all else, I need to put myself first—and continue doing so.
We all fall into the trap of serving others before tending to ourselves, even when we believe we’re looking out for “number one.” The honest truth?
Sometimes we busy ourselves with caring for others so we can avoid looking at what we need to heal, change, or release.
Yes… even me.
This week’s message didn’t surprise me, but it did initiate a deeper shift within me—one I deeply needed.
🌿 A Sacred Sunday Shift
Today, on my beloved Sacred Sunday, I devoted the entire morning to myself.
I had fallen into a Sunday routine of waking and immediately diving into crafting the Energetic 411 and the Solis Musing Messages for my Patreon members—losing myself in the magic until well into the afternoon while my own needs quietly slipped away.
Last Sunday, a semi-forced change in that routine opened my eyes.
I realized:
What is the point of Sacred Sunday—no clients, no external engagement—if I’m still pouring myself into others before tending to me?
There is no point, except avoidance.
Avoidance of the very inner work that nourishes me and makes the rest of my service meaningful.
So, I shifted.
This morning I woke up and tended to me:
• Self-care, reflection, checking in with my body
• Noting my week
• Weighing, measuring, accountability photos
• Making my date almond milk for the week and almond flour from the pulp (zero waste!)
• Cleaning my fridge, washing dishes, and making my shake
Only then—just before 10 a.m.—did I sit down and open the space to receive the week’s energetic message.
And there it was.
✨ A Reminder From the Universe
Reading the energy isn’t hard when we slow down enough to listen.
It becomes difficult only when we push, force, or expect things to unfold our way. That’s when we block flow.
One of the biggest energy patterns last week was the belief that:
“The world is against me.”
I saw it in several people—those unwilling to take responsibility for their choices, past and present. This fear-based perspective creates a victim loop that disconnects us from the higher frequencies where manifestation lives.
But every challenge is an invitation.
A chance to choose differently.
A chance to acknowledge what we don't want so we can align with what we do want.
A chance to stop looking outward and finally look inward.
Look in the mirror.
See how your past choices have brought you to this present moment.
Then choose again—with intention.
Create new behaviors.
Make space for change.
And always return to the question:
“What do I really want?”

Trauma and the Power of Choice
“Trauma” has become a buzzword. These days, it gets tossed around so often it’s almost lost its meaning. Yes—every one of us has faced painful, even traumatic experiences. But what keeps those experiences alive long after the moment has passed is not the event itself—it’s the emotional charge we attach to it.
Carl Jung said it best: we are not what happened to us. Life happens. Tragedies happen. What defines us is not the event, but the choice we make in response.

The Trap of Retelling
Our culture profits off pain. Pharmaceutical companies push quick fixes that numb symptoms. Therapies—both mainstream and alternative—often promise transformation through talking alone.
But here’s the truth: talking isn’t healing.
I’ve seen countless clients relive their trauma on repeat—telling the same story to one therapist after another, clinging to it as identity, wearing it as a badge of honor. They’re told to “let go” and “move on,” yet the very process meant to help them—rehashing the story—keeps them stuck inside it.

My Story of Getting Stuck
I know this cycle well.
In 1998, my family lost everything in a house fire. In 2013, illness forced me to walk away from a nursing career I had built with pride. Both became the stories I carried. And I told those stories again and again—so often they became the lens through which I saw every new experience.
The fire became my mantra.
The illness became my excuse.
Fear, shame, and blame ran my nervous system into overdrive. I developed gut issues, severe anxiety, and eventually a body that broke down under the weight of unprocessed stress.
Every time I told the story, I reignited the fire.
Every time I wore the illness, I deepened the wound.
The Shift: From Story to Choice
What finally helped me move forward wasn’t more retelling. It was realizing that repeating my story only kept me stuck in low vibrational frequency. Healing required me to choose differently:
Recognize the pattern.
Change my thought process.
Build a platform of gratitude.
Focus on what I actually wanted for my life—not what I feared.
When I stopped identifying with the story, I started identifying with my future.
Practical Steps to Choose Differently
Moving on isn’t about ignoring the past—it’s about choosing to write a new chapter. Here’s how you can begin shifting your energy away from retelling and into transformation:

Notice when you’re about to retell the same story. Ask yourself: “Am I seeking healing—or am I rehearsing pain?”

✨ 3. Anchor in Gratitude.
Each time you catch yourself spiraling into the past, pause and name three things you’re grateful for right now. Gratitude raises your frequency and grounds you in the present.

Ask yourself: “Who do I want to become without this story?” Then align your daily thoughts, habits, and actions with that vision.
The Becoming
Healing doesn’t come from reliving the past. It comes when we raise our frequency, release the identity of the old story, and step into who we are choosing to become.

What’s the energetic 411 focus for today?
The Third eye.
The left eye physical notification is coming up…. irritated and scratchy. Something is not right and wants to not only be noticed, but also addressed. The left side of the body; representing the female aspect, is giving the notification that we are not allowing our intuitive side, our intuition, to show us what needs to be seen. Too attached to our physical sight and the idea that “seeing is believing”. Too attached to the material world and only what can be physically and visually detected.
When we allow ourselves to just see what the physical world shows us, we are missing all the magic that this lifetime has to offer. When we choose to experience life through the lens of the third eye, we then experience limitless enchantment of this world and beyond.
I am often asked how I connect with my intuition and open my third eye? Well….I start by closing the physical eyes; removing all visual stimulation. Taking in a few calming breaths. Allow my body to get comfortable. Relax. Really relax and allow myself to be in the moment with the intention to allow the third eye to show me the message. Perhaps it’s a color, a word, a thought, a download? Then I start to feel into the physical eyes. I notice what they feel like. Heavy – light – itchy – pain – void…..whatever. If I feel nothing, perhaps there is a veiI or a wall that my subconscious mind has placed in my way as a means of protection. Then I move the eyes around under the cover of the lids; asking my wise part, how do my eyes feel behind the lids? Is there an emotion that comes up? What is the energetic frequency that I feel?
For me, right now in this moment, the left eye shows me the color orange. When I close my eyes and I feel deeply, I feel an energetic connection from my left eye, like a column of orange light, moving down toward my left hip. This physical frequency message tells me that the notification of scratching in my left eye is directly related to a female who I am connected to. The question arises, what have I not been seeing in relation to this female? Who have I not been seeing or not connecting with lately? Then she is revealed….“Oh Hello, Mom”, I say to myself. My body reveals and reminds me that it has been sometime since I last spoke with my mother, and I am being notified through the left eye that it’s time to reconnect. Then my throat gets itchy and I start coughing; signifying a throat clearing. Ah, the throat confirmation….I have now said it out loud. I have decoded the body’s message through connecting with my physical frequency.
Tapping into our physical frequency is key to understanding the intricate language that our body speaks. It’s a valuable navigational tool, one that can help you decode the numerous messages that your body gives you daily. So try it. Jupiter: growth, abundance, wisdom, expansion.
On August 5, 2025, I entered my Jupiter Planetary Phase of the year. We all have 7 planetary phases that we traverse through every year. Although the 52 day periods follow the same pattern - Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune - how we experience them is individual to each and everyone of us; according to the day we were born. Jupiter is the planet of growth, abundance, wisdom, and expansion. It represents opportunities for learning, spiritual development, and past life experiences. My Jupiter period runs from August 5 - September 25.
August and September have traditionally been challenging months for me on all levels. Astrologically, August is home to the Leo and hosts the Lion’s Gate Portal on 8/8 and they bring the FIRE! As a Water sign, August tends to evaporate me rather quickly if I am not careful. I typically encounter obstacles that show up in the form of physical illness or troublesome relationships during this time. In the past, many life expanding events have happened in my Jupiter period. The most prominent being the fire that took our home in 1998, the death of my GG in 2010, and the death of my Father in law in 2020. August and September has always thrown obstacles in my path, but for some reason I would always stand at its inception with hope.
It wasn’t until I started to do InSight Reports for myself that I began to understand the repeating frequencies that I experienced throughout my life. Although I did not experience the same scenarios and situations, the same feelings would make their appearance during certain times of the year. As I dove deeper into the planetary periods via my InSight Report, I was able to not only identify repeating vibrational patterns, I was able to start choosing to shift those frequencies.
Prior to this year’s Jupiter period my Higher Self evidently had plans to help me shift my vibration, and although I was a part of the decision, I never saw what was coming! While in the early part of my Mercury Period (March 2 - April 22) an opportunity to expand all parts of me presented itself in the form of a retreat in a place that I had never been, with a group of people that I never met! Of course it happened in Mercury! Mercury is associated with communication, intellect, knowledge, and adaptability. It represents the mind, how we think, learn, and share thoughts. It was during Mercury where the seed was planted for the beautiful Na’au Pono Retreat in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mercury is known as the messenger of the Gods. So I learned that if an opportunity presents during this time, pay attention because there is deep wisdom to be gained. As the fastest moving planet in the solar system, events that happen in Mercury do so quickly, and before I knew it, I was booked to present my Energy Shifting modalities at The Red Shoes Spiritual Center.
Fast forward to my Jupiter period of 2025, specifically August 5, 2025 when the magnitude of the experience finally hit me. It was two days after the retreat at The Red Shoes concluded, and we were taking the ten plus hour road trip back home to Tennessee. My heart was full, I was still on an energetic high, and I could still hear and see the faces of the beautiful women that I met and the connections that we had made. My frequency was soaring and my conscious mind kept replaying tidbits of the magical weekend. Interactions, conversations, connections, learning, sharing, and experiencing all on one continuous hypnotic loop. During the road trip back home, I started to mentally and physically experience the shift that I had created not only for myself, but for all those who plugged into my energy during that time; including those who were not physically present in Baton Rouge! Over the next few days, I began to understand the magnitude of the choice that I made that day in March.
From the moment we drove into Louisiana, it felt like I belonged. It felt like home. Every part of me resonated with the energy there and OMG THE TREES! Y’all know that I am a sucker for a good tree and let me tell you, I found me some magical trees to hug! The energy was so welcoming, and it felt like I knew everyone that I met. Now…… I have experienced some pretty crazy stuff in this lifetime, but this was NEXT LEVEL! The deja vu was on high. From people I met at the retreat to people passing by as I walked into a restaurant. It felt like walking down the hallway of a place that I had frequented all my life, and everyone knew me. From the boy who served us the very best beignets at Morning Call in New Orleans, to the woman in the little clothing boutique in the Garden District…..I felt like I belonged.
After returning home and the next few days unfolded, I worked through energetic hangover issues, glitches in systems, and physical symptoms of fatigue. It was then I felt the full impact of Mercury still in retrograde, the 88 portal, and the Full Moon in Aquarius all culminating in the perfect opportunity to put a HUGE bow around this majestic shift. On August 9 with the Full Moon at it’s peak, I was tested to see just how attached I was to expectation. From the never ending to do list, to getting back on my workout routine, and serving my clients and customers…..The Universe brought it all to a halt and said JUST STOP! And so I did….. Feeling physically depleted and energetically drained, I cancelled all of my clients for the day, tended to my physical frequency, and just relaxed. It was hard at first and then all the Signs and Synchronicities unfolded to assure me that just as it was right to take the leap with The Red Shoes, it was the right thing to do in that moment. So I listened.
I am grateful for all who have participated in this growth and expansion of my soul and look forward to continuing this journey of evolution with those who are meant to walk this path with me. A special mahalo to The Red Shoes and all the women who gathered with me for this beautiful shift!
August, the 8th month of abundance, and 9th day of endings in 2025 (a 9 year) screamed “LISTEN”! “When you listen, Dina, all falls into place as it should be.” Listening and making the choices which have created the shifts we are experiencing now is nothing short of pure magic.
