Ahhh… the Spring Equinox is always a welcome arrival for me.

I’ve already started noticing the beautiful signs of the season shifting — bright yellow blooms, earlier sunrises, and the sun gracing us with its healing presence for much longer each day.

On March 20, we experience the Spring Equinox, when daylight and nightfall come into balance across the world with nearly equal hours of light and darkness.

This moment of equilibrium invites us into a more balanced approach to life itself.

Adding to the momentum, Mercury also goes direct on March 20, so expect the feeling of forward movement to become very pronounced. Many of you will feel relief after several weeks of delays, misunderstandings, and disrupted plans.

Communication will begin to improve.
Travel issues may resolve.
Decisions that felt stuck can finally move forward.

This shift will be welcomed by everyone — but especially those of us in Pisces, as Mercury retrograde pushed us to look deeply at the places where change was necessary so we can move into the rest of the year with clarity and success.

March Begins With a Heart Awakening

March arrives with intensity — a total eclipse of the heart, if you will.

This month opens through the heart space, particularly the part of the heart that aches to be liberated from the false versions of ourselves we’ve been carrying for far too long. March is not here to be subtle. It is here to help us shed those layers.

Pisces energy saturates the beginning of the month, making everything feel deeper, more emotional, more revealing. When water energy is this strong, it pulls hidden truths to the surface so they can finally dissolve.

And that’s exactly the invitation for March.

Being the third month of the year, we’re also working with the energy of 3, the number associated with the protection and guidance of the Ascended Masters. Pay attention to the insights that come through now. They are meaningful.

This day is personally special for me. It’s the day my soul chose to come earthside.

Today is a Day of Twos — and not just a couple of them.
We’re moving through the powerful sequence 22222, an energetic portal that brings our focus directly to the seeds we’ve recently planted.

The question is simple:

Have you been nourishing them?

Have you been nurturing your intentions with positive thoughts, aligned actions, and high-vibrational energy?

February: The Bridge Between Worlds

February carries a powerful mix of endings and beginnings.

We’ve been closing major cycles through the energy of the Snake, and on February 17th the Fire Horse arrived, bringing heat, courage, and undeniable forward movement.

The Fire Horse doesn’t gently nudge change.

He burns away what we are done tolerating.

Anything stagnant, outdated, or misaligned is now being pushed out of the way so something new can take its place.

After the intensity of the past week, any opportunity to slow down, breathe, and reset will feel incredibly welcome.

Adding another layer to the energetic landscape, Pisces entered on February 18th, and her dreamy influence will remain with us until March 20th.

Pisces is the mystic of the zodiac.

She is imaginative, poetic, deeply intuitive, and limitless in her vision. Her watery nature brings flow, sensitivity, magic, and connection to unseen realms — past lives, hidden truths, dreams, and spiritual insight.

Not today.

Before I knew it I had done my weekly wellness check-in, measurements, photos… check, check, check. Jumped into Solis Musing with a mission courtesy of Kuan Yin, and now here I am clanging away at the keyboard before 10am — still in my pajamas.

So yes… there is definitely movement in today’s energy.

The theme is balance — dialing back while also burning through what needs to be handled.

Today carries the fixed earth element, bringing practicality, steadiness, and grounding.

Body areas to pay attention to:
• Nose
• Ears
• Neck
• Throat

Themes around finances, personal values, and spirituality may surface as well.

Tune into the left side of the body, the intuitive feminine, for guidance.

By Monday the pace softens. You may crave home, comfort, and familiarity. Even if work calls, try to carry the feeling of your sanctuary with you.

Monday introduces the air element, which activates thought, communication, curiosity, and intellect.

These two days are strongly influenced by the mind.

The Energetic 411 for Week of February 8, 2026

February brings balance, harmony, and adaptability, setting the stage for a powerful shift. We are shedding the final layers of the serpent’s skin, and now we’re preparing to ride the back of the Fire Horse—who promises to light up our lives with heat and movement.

For many, February marks a relief from the heavy energy of Saturn’s transition out of Pisces and into Aries. If you have Pisces any where in your chart (even if it is not your main sign), you may feel a weight lifted, as Saturn’s karmic lessons come to an end. Saturn’s energy has taught us responsibility, boundaries, and the importance of learning from our struggles. This shift creates space for growth and new beginnings.

And speaking of new beginnings—the Fire Horse arrives on February 17. He’s bringing momentum and change, and it’s best to prepare yourself to move with him—because if you resist, change will come harder. It's always more pleasant when you welcome the change you know is coming.

This Full Moon is not whispering — it’s insisting that we close open energetic loops so we can step into the Lunar New Year unencumbered. Outstanding contracts, unfinished commitments, lingering attachments — anything left open is actively leaking energy and pulling you backward as you attempt to move forward.

The strongest physical frequency notification coming through right now is located in the left upper back, at the base of the shoulder blade.

This area is flagging attachments — both known and unknown — that are no longer serving your forward movement. These attachments may be emotional, relational, energetic, financial, or contractual. The body is communicating very clearly: what remains open and unattended, will hold you back.

As with all Full Moons, this lunation calls us to release, empty, and let go of what burdens both the physical and energetic body. There is so much happening beneath the surface right now that it may feel like a pot of boiling water ready to spill over.

The Energetic 411 for the Week of November 23

Phew… the last few days have been a lot.
The energy has felt prickly, chaotic, and honestly a little bipolar. One moment carried fast-paced, “get everything done” yang energy, and the next felt like the urge to curl up under blankets, shut out the noise, and surrender to pure yin rest.

This confusion pushed me into introspection—because feeling imbalanced always does.

As the physical frequencies rose to the surface this week and into the weekend, they felt eerily similar to cycles I’ve experienced many times before. The heart frequency came forward as the primary focus, with the feminine aspect in the sacral space following closely behind.

When I finally sat with these frequencies (because they didn’t really give me another choice), the message became crystal clear:

Above all else, I need to put myself first—and continue doing so.

We all fall into the trap of serving others before tending to ourselves, even when we believe we’re looking out for “number one.” The honest truth?
Sometimes we busy ourselves with caring for others so we can avoid looking at what we need to heal, change, or release.

Yes… even me.

This week’s message didn’t surprise me, but it did initiate a deeper shift within me—one I deeply needed.

🌿 A Sacred Sunday Shift

Today, on my beloved Sacred Sunday, I devoted the entire morning to myself.

I had fallen into a Sunday routine of waking and immediately diving into crafting the Energetic 411 and the Solis Musing Messages for my Patreon members—losing myself in the magic until well into the afternoon while my own needs quietly slipped away.

Last Sunday, a semi-forced change in that routine opened my eyes.

I realized:
What is the point of Sacred Sunday—no clients, no external engagement—if I’m still pouring myself into others before tending to me?

There is no point, except avoidance.
Avoidance of the very inner work that nourishes me and makes the rest of my service meaningful.

So, I shifted.

This morning I woke up and tended to me:
• Self-care, reflection, checking in with my body
• Noting my week
• Weighing, measuring, accountability photos
• Making my date almond milk for the week and almond flour from the pulp (zero waste!)
• Cleaning my fridge, washing dishes, and making my shake

Only then—just before 10 a.m.—did I sit down and open the space to receive the week’s energetic message.

And there it was.

✨ A Reminder From the Universe

Reading the energy isn’t hard when we slow down enough to listen.
It becomes difficult only when we push, force, or expect things to unfold our way. That’s when we block flow.

One of the biggest energy patterns last week was the belief that:

“The world is against me.”

I saw it in several people—those unwilling to take responsibility for their choices, past and present. This fear-based perspective creates a victim loop that disconnects us from the higher frequencies where manifestation lives.

But every challenge is an invitation.

A chance to choose differently.
A chance to acknowledge what we don't want so we can align with what we do want.
A chance to stop looking outward and finally look inward.

Look in the mirror.
See how your past choices have brought you to this present moment.
Then choose again—with intention.

Create new behaviors.
Make space for change.
And always return to the question:

“What do I really want?”
