The Coming Back to Me Era
June and July have been a push and pull between energy, emotions, and physical balance. Trying to keep it all together while staying on top of everything life has been asking of me has proven to be a challenge. So much so, that I intentionally carved out solitude and alone time to talk with my soul.
There has been so much movement that I found myself yearning for those quiet moments where I could simply ask,
"What would I like to do now?"
Instead, that question quietly became,
"What do I need to do next?"
There's nothing wrong with having a lot to do. In fact, I love building. I love creating. I love serving. But if you've ever had to retrain your nervous system after years of living in fight-or-flight, you know there's a delicate balance between movement and stillness. Cross that line too often, and the body has a way of getting your attention.
Mine did.
Not because it was failing me.
Because it was trying to bring me back to myself.
When the dust settled this past week, I realized I needed to come back to the self.
Not because I had lost my purpose.
But because I had drifted away from the quiet place within me that has always known the way.
Since my New Year began in March, so much has changed. Relationships shifted. Some ended, some deepened, and some beautiful new ones began. Our home continues to change as we remodel and reimagine what this next season of life looks like. My work has expanded. My vision has become clearer. Every area of my life has been asking me to grow.
Growth is beautiful, but growth also requires integration.
The more life changes around us, the more important it becomes to come back to the self.
The Earth plane is no easy classroom. It offers endless opportunities for learning, experiencing, refining, and evolving. But if we're constantly moving from one experience to the next without stopping long enough to integrate what we've learned, are we really evolving? Or are we simply staying busy?
Halfway through the calendar year felt like the perfect invitation to pause and reevaluate.
Do the goals and desires I set back in January still resonate with the woman I am today?
What has been working?
What hasn't?
What has been serving me?
What has quietly been depleting me?
This is where Soul Talk begins for me.
It's where I sit with every part of myself, without distraction, and look through the lens of the observer instead of the reactor. It's where I stop looking outside of myself for answers and begin listening to the wisdom that has always lived within me.
And that's when I ask my body.
Because the body always has an opinion about the life we're living.
Where are the Physical Frequency Notifications showing up?
What are they trying to show me?
What frequency are they carrying?
What have I not yet acknowledged?
This is the heart of Physical Frequency Intelligence™.
Long before blood pressure rises, before joints begin to ache, before anxiety takes over, before skin irritation, digestive issues, inflammation, or chronic pain become impossible to ignore, the body has already begun the conversation.
It has been speaking all along.
I've simply learned to stop asking,
"How do I make this go away?"
and instead ask,
"What are you trying to show me?"
That single question has changed the way I experience my body. Not because the notifications disappear overnight, but because they become information instead of interruption.
The accumulation of Physical Frequency Notifications over the past two weeks brought me to a realization I couldn't ignore.
Somewhere along the way, I had allowed myself to stray from myself.
And when I stray from myself, I disconnect from my purpose.
For me, my soul's purpose isn't something I do.
It's something I live.
It's woven into my lifestyle, my daily rituals, the choices I make, and the way I care for my body, mind, and spirit. When those pieces are no longer in harmony, there is a lack of ease that begins to ripple into every area of my life.
The body had been whispering for weeks.
At first, the whispers were easy to dismiss.
Then the notifications became more persistent.
Some of them were old friends—Physical Frequency Notifications I hadn't experienced in years. They rose from the depths, asking to be acknowledged once again.
The right-sided headache and blurry vision called my attention back to the physical body. As I sat with it, I realized it wasn't pointing to one poor choice. It was reflecting the accumulation of many small choices that had slowly pulled me out of alignment. Less sleep. More indulgence. Convenience replacing intention. Choosing short-term pleasure over long-term vitality.
The body has an incredible way of revealing the gap between what we say we value and the choices we're actually making.
As the days progressed, the notifications shifted back to my left shoulder blade, neck, head, and ear. To me, that movement spoke of something deeper than physical discomfort. It reflected a body, mind, and spirit trying to find balance again.
The left shoulder blade brought me back into my heart space. It invited me to ask where old fears, personal doubts, and familiar emotional patterns were quietly influencing my choices. Patterns can feel safe simply because they're familiar, but familiarity isn't the same as alignment.
Then my attention moved into the left side of my neck and upward into my head. Once again, I became curious.
Where are my thoughts, my words, and my actions no longer aligned with the life I'm trying to create?
Not because I was doing something wrong.
But because the body was lovingly inviting me back into integrity.
Every Physical Frequency Notification became another opportunity to recalibrate.
Another invitation to return.
Another reminder that the body isn't working against me.
It's always working for me.
That's when I realized something profound.
The body wasn't trying to get my attention because I was doing something wrong.
It was trying to bring me home.
The loudest message that came through wasn't the headache.
It wasn't the tension.
It wasn't the fatigue.
It was this:
Come back to yourself.
Use your medicine.
You are the medicine.
That landed deeply.
Because I already know what brings me back into alignment.
I just needed to remember to practice it.
So that's exactly what I've done.
I've returned to my morning meditation.
I've returned to daily forecasting.
I've returned to my breathwork.
I've returned to mirror work.
I've returned to calling my energy back to me.
These aren't items on a wellness checklist.
They are my medicine.
They are the rituals that bring me back into relationship with myself. They remind my nervous system what safety feels like. They quiet the noise so I can hear my intuition again. They reconnect me with the purpose that has been within me all along.
Maybe your medicine looks different than mine.
Maybe it isn't meditation.
Maybe it isn't breathwork.
But I believe everyone has a medicine that brings them back to themselves.
The question is...
Have you been taking it?
I've come to believe that awareness of these subtle frequencies is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Physical Frequency Intelligence™ isn't about waiting until symptoms become overwhelming. It's about recognizing the energetic shifts that happen long before the body has to raise its voice.
The body whispers first.
It nudges.
It redirects.
Only when those whispers are ignored does it begin to demand our attention.
Maybe that's what this season has been teaching me.
Not how to become someone new.
But how to come back to myself.
And perhaps that's your invitation, too.
If life has felt louder than your own inner knowing...
If you've been moving from one responsibility to the next without asking yourself what you truly need...
If your body has been trying to get your attention and you haven't known how to understand its language...
Maybe this is your season to come back to yourself.
An Invitation
If you're reading this and something inside you knows it's time to stop pushing through, stop overriding the whispers, and start understanding what your body has been trying to tell you, I want to invite you into my world.
This is the work I do every day.
Through Physical Frequency Intelligence™, I help people decode the language of their bodies, uncover the patterns that have kept them stuck, and restore harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. Because when those three are in alignment, life begins to flow with greater ease.
If you're ready to understand your body's Physical Frequency Notifications before they become louder, I invite you to join me inside The Physical Frequency Collective, where each week we dive deeper into the energetic landscape, decode the body's messages, and learn how to work with your body instead of against it.
And if you're ready for a more personal experience, a Dina Decodes session may be exactly where your journey begins.
Because healing doesn't begin when the symptom disappears.
It begins the moment you understand what your body has been trying to say all along.
Come back to yourself.
Your body has been waiting for you.
