The Energetic 411
This morning, I asked my team of light a simple question:
“What’s the Energetic 411?”
Not long after, I was guided to calculate the number of the day.
It came through as 33 → 6.
As I sat with those numbers—feeling into their meaning rather than mentally analyzing them—more messages arrived.
808. Then 818.
And just like that, the title dropped in:
“They Speak to Me in Numbers.”
But if I’m being honest… it’s more than numbers.
It’s signs.
Synchronicities.
Patterns that whisper and sometimes shout.
Insects appearing at precise moments.
Rainbows where they shouldn’t be.
Lights flickering in direct response to questions.
And yes—last night, our dog literally shook his head in response to something I asked out loud.
I shit you not. Steve witnessed the whole thing.
Our teams of light are always communicating with us.
And our bodies are always translating energetic information we need to receive.
The question I hear most often is:
“How do I hear the messages?”
or
“How do I decode the frequencies?”
Here’s the truth:
There is no magical formula.
The practice is simple—but not always easy.
You listen.
You notice.
You pay attention.
You declutter your inner and outer world.
You make room.
And you state—out loud or quietly within—that you are ready to hear.
Ready to work with your team instead of making this life a solo mission.
When you ask—and when you genuinely make space for the answer—it comes.
It always comes.
Maybe not in the way your limited mind expected.
But always in the way your soul can receive.
This is a practice.
And the only way to learn it… is to start doing it.
Ask a question—out loud or in your journal.
Then accept what comes.
Write it down.
Expand on it.
Notice what draws your attention in that moment.
Notice how your body responds.
A sensation. A thought. An emotion rising to the surface.
This is the magic we romanticize in movies and books.
But the truth is—it’s happening within and around you every single day.
You just have to tap in.

We move inward again, into the shadows that ask to be seen—not feared.
This is fertile ground for healing, exploration, and courage. Run toward the thing that scares you. Meet your duality as both physical and energetic being.
