Triple Mind, Heart Activation, and Eclipse Prep!
September 13th brought us a Triple Mind Day—a potent energetic alignment that activated the upper three chakras, with particular emphasis on the throat and third eye. Many of us felt this frequency physically in the throat, eyes, and forehead. These sensations carried a deeply personal message, calling us to pay attention.
What has been surfacing are the truths you’ve been withholding, the layers of grief you’ve kept suppressed, and the creative voice within you that has been silenced for far too long.
Over the past week, two clear messages have been echoing: Honesty + Desire.
It is time to be radically honest with yourself about what you truly want to experience in this lifetime. Get crystal clear on this vision so you can begin to collaborate with the Universe—co-creating with God and bringing it into physical reality.
Because here’s the truth: if you are not clear on your deepest desires, your team of light cannot conspire to align, support, and deliver them to you.
Today, September 14th, we continue to feel the energy concentrated in the mind, though it’s not as intense as it was on the Triple Mind Day. Instead, there’s a gift of mental clarity—a supportive frequency for organizing the week ahead and consciously choosing how you want the coming days to unfold.
Personally, I love to use my Sacred Sundays for this kind of work: tuning into the messages my body has been carrying, reflecting on the dreamscapes that brought their own guidance, and noticing what the collective is mirroring back to me.
I encourage you to do the same in whatever way feels most aligned. Use this time to tap into your own channels of infinite communication:
Sit in silence with a clear intention and notice the thought, sensation, or emotion that arises.
Write in your journal as a way of opening a dialogue with the highest version of yourself—or with Spirit as your connection to God.
However you choose to engage with today’s energy, let it be intentional. This is a beautiful moment to align your inner clarity with the path you are ready to step into.
Heart Energy Activation: Monday–Saturday
From Monday through Saturday, our collective focus shifts into the Heart Energy Center. The week may feel like a bit of a rollercoaster, beginning with a powerful heart explosion on Monday—an overwhelming urge to love and embrace everything from top to bottom. This is a call to nourish your heart, feed your soul, and truly come home to yourself. Laugh, cry, create, and share love freely. Self-love, creativity, and beauty will be amplified, making it easy to find joy and pleasure in the simple things.
As the week unfolds, the heart will continue to rise to the forefront, but not without challenges. There may be moments where heart and mind clash, especially if your desires are not fully aligned in both spaces. This is not a setback—it’s an invitation. You are being asked to bring your heart’s desires into harmony with both the conscious and subconscious mind.
By Saturday, you may feel the need to rest after a week of emotional highs and lows. Whether the intensity comes from confronting challenging emotions or from the pure exhaustion of overflowing joy, the guidance is the same: don’t push yourself. Instead, honor the need for stillness and gentle care as you prepare to step into the potent energies of the New Moon Partial Eclipse on Sunday, September 21st.
