The Frequency of the Prosperous Mind
The Energetic 411
As I sit in the excitement of what August is already serving up for me, I can’t help but pause to recall and appreciate the work I did in July that brought me here.
July was a mixed bag of blessings, challenges, and hard-earned lessons. The seventh month of the year shrouded us in one spiritual lesson after another. For me, July arrived as the culmination of everything the preceding months had carried.
March and April brought unexpected shifts that revealed themselves as significant endings. Many around me—including me—witnessed the passing of important figures in their lives, monumental life-changing moves, and the unraveling of relationships. I experienced these events personally, but I also experienced them through the collective as I worked with many people whose lives mirrored my own.
May brought beautiful relief from the strain that relationships had revealed in April. Although nothing changed with those who chose silence over truth, others shared parts of themselves that restored my faith in what it means to be family.
And as much fun as I had experiencing Massachusetts with my best friend and partner in life, I began to realize that I was drifting away from the essence of myself.
June arrived with an invitation to restore peace and balance. But for me, June brought movement. Busyness. And although I tried to remain aligned with balance, I wasn’t always successful.
There was so much doing that I had pushed simply being to the side.
My Physical Frequency whispered, but I wasn’t fully listening. Before I knew it, I was falling back into an old pattern of people-pleasing and doing too much—all under the guise of service.
By the time June came to an end, I was taking on more and more, sitting in silence, listening less, and filling the time I did have to myself with unproductive activities I had convinced myself were self-care and a reprieve from all the busyness.
Looking back, I can see that some of this behavior was grief. Some of it was adjusting to the new. And some of it was simply losing my way.
I had begun overcommitting and saying yes to what others were asking of me instead of maintaining firm boundaries and listening to the messages of my body.
Then came July.
The spiritual lessons arrived fast and hard, one challenge after another. In the middle of it all, I had to make a choice:
Was I going to descend into the low frequency of fear, lack, and unworthiness?
Or was I going to rise into my prosperous mind and recognize the blessings before they became visible to the physical eye?
Challenges have a profound way of stopping you in your tracks. They slow you all the way down and deliver a supercharged reminder of what matters most.
By the middle of July, I slowed all the freaking way down and returned to the basics.
I began intentionally listening to my body’s messages. I recommitted to my morning and evening attunements. I filled the empty spaces with reflection and spiritual nourishment.
Most importantly, I unplugged from the expectations of others so I could raise my frequency into prosperity.
One challenge after another continued to reveal itself, but instead of dwelling on what appeared to be going wrong, I proclaimed:
Prosperity Spirit, I appreciate you. I love you. I am excited and happy to receive you. I appreciate my health and wellness first and foremost. I see all of the lucrative opportunities you have waiting for me. I feel them waiting for me behind the veil. I’m ready to receive with ease. Give me this day my daily bread.
I repeated this and other prosperous-mind affirmations every day.
I refused to dwell on the financial disappointment that tried to throw me off course. I refused to allow the broken HVAC, the failing truck air conditioner, and the other seemingly insurmountable challenges that kept coming at us to pull me down.
Instead, I declared:
All financial doors are open. All financial channels are free. One million dollars now comes to me.
Then, last Sunday, July 26, something finally clicked—but not in a way I could have imagined.
It happened quickly, easily, and effortlessly.
I didn’t question it. I flowed. I allowed. I listened. And I acted.
When I look back, I remember the experience more as an observer than an active participant. I don’t remember every step of the process because I wasn’t being directed by my conscious mind.
I was living the frequency of the prosperous mind.
In what felt like a divinely led trance, I completely revamped my résumé and submitted an application for a position offering flexibility and handsome compensation—an opportunity that honored the value of the energy being exchanged.
That was Sunday.
Once I submitted the application, I released it. I forgot about it and continued with everything else I wanted to accomplish that day.
At 3:45 Monday morning, I woke from a dead sleep.
I immediately asked, “What is the message?”
I was directed to my phone.
There was an email from the company inviting me to submit a two- to three-minute video explaining why I would be a good fit for the position. By Monday evening, the video had been submitted.
I still wasn’t entirely sure what was happening or why I had been led to do this, but it felt completely right.
The entire process was expanding my comfort zone—not because I was afraid to apply or record the video, but because I was following divine guidance so easily and naturally.
Everything in my body told me to do it.
So I did.
At 3:45 Tuesday morning, I woke from a dead sleep again.
This time, there was an email from a name I didn’t recognize, thanking me for taking the time to submit such a thoughtful video and inviting me to schedule an interview.
By 8:00 Wednesday morning, I was on a Zoom call.
Before the interview was even complete, the interviewer was already using language such as, “When we onboard you,” and, “You’re going to be an amazing addition to our team.”
By 8:25, I was off the call, not fully realizing what had just happened—except that every cell in my body was responding with excitement. My frequency was higher than it had been in a very long time.
I still struggle to describe those four days and explain how I came to land such a promising opportunity—one I had not been actively seeking.
Or was I?
I had put out the call to God, the Universe, my guides—anyone who would listen, really—and asked to be guided.
I gave thanks that I am rich, well, and happy, even in the middle of financial burden.
I declared that my financial affairs were in divine order when both our truck’s air conditioner and our home’s HVAC system decided to quit.
I declared, Every day, in every way, I am growing richer and richer, even when I had no idea where or when my next client would appear.
Perhaps I wasn’t consciously seeking a job, but my soul had called out for a blessing.
Had I not been open to receiving this opportunity, I might have been destined to repeat the frequency of depreciation instead of moving forward in appreciation.
That is the frequency of the prosperous mind.
The prosperous mind does not deny that challenges exist. It refuses to make those challenges the final authority over what is possible.
It does not wait for physical evidence before choosing appreciation.
It does not require every detail to make sense before following the guidance of the body.
The prosperous mind recognizes what is waiting behind the veil and becomes available to receive it.
If you, like me, experienced more than your fair share of challenges in July, August is here to offer some relief.
If you moved through those challenges with intention, received the lessons they presented, stepped beyond your comfort zone, trusted your intuitive inner guidance system, and maintained the frequency of appreciation, August is ready to congratulate you.
Whether you are making life-changing moves or taking small but meaningful strides, the fiery energy of Leo is ready to show you just how rewarding alignment with trust can feel.
Your prosperity may not arrive in the form you expected.
It may appear as an impulse, an invitation, an email, a conversation, or an opportunity you never thought to seek.
Listen when your body directs you.
Act when your spirit moves you.
And remain open enough to recognize the blessing when it arrives.
Because the prosperous mind does not wait for proof before it believes.
It becomes the frequency—and allows the physical world to respond.

Reading about the Prosperous Mind is one thing.
Learning to embody it is another.
Inside The Physical Frequency Collective this week, I've introduced my Prosperous Mind Practice—simple yet powerful exercises designed to help you train your nervous system, elevate your frequency, and become available for the opportunities you've been asking the Universe to bring into your life.
This month's practice includes the prosperity affirmations that carried me through July, how I use them to shift my internal frequency before I ever expect my external world to change, and the foundation for a deeper Prosperous Mind workshop coming later this month.
If you're ready to move beyond inspiration and begin living the frequency of prosperity, I'd love to have you join us.
