Subterranean Depths

Today’s Energetic 411 is all about accessing the subterranean inner depths that reside within. At this time, things are bubbling up to the surface to be purged from the deepest parts of us. It may feel like a purge from the physical body, the mind, and the spirit. These purges may come in the way of releasing toxins from your body. Perhaps you notice a rash, blemishes, or you experience flushing of the gastrointestinal tract after feeling “full” for so long. You may feel the need to cleanse, detox, and immerse yourself in nature; just listening to the sounds of the insects, birds, and boats in the distance.

This is a most excellent time for digging into the shadows, exploring, and transforming. I mean…..it’s always a good time to transform! During this time you will become acutely aware of your duality. Your most human attachments and the most free parts of your soul. When you surrender and allow all parts of you to be recognized and revered, you will start to feel more aligned than you ever have before. It’s time! It’s time to drop through to the other side; allowing the release of dark thoughts of the past. No longer suppressing the experiences and feelings that have been keeping you bound for so long.

It’s time to allow your blissful connection to self and others to be the elixir of all relational healing and rapport building. Take pleasure in the day to day. Allow for self love and nourishment through creativity, beauty, and sensual flow.

Loving Detachment

You’ve heard me talk about Loving Detachment many times before, and if you haven’t, it’s time to listen up!

Attachment is the root of all angst. It is why we spend endless valuable hours worrying about things that are completely out of our control. We waste precious time fretting over situations, people, and commodities…. because of what??? You guessed it…. Attachment.

When I began loving detaching from people’s choices, I also detached from the judgement of their choices. When I detached from wanting and needing to save people from themselves, fear and worry began to fall away. Loving someone and being attached to them and their choices are two very different things. Attachment is fear based and love it not.

Society teaches us that if we value someone, we show them love by worrying about them, telling them what is best, and being all up in their business. Now I don’t know about you, but I can’t think of a single time that it paid off when I tried to control a situation through worry and fretting that someone was going to make a bad decision for themselves. Don’t get me wrong……have I done it? YES! Many, many times. Did it help anything? NO, absolutely not!

The hardest loving detachments are definitely familial and detachments that affect our worth, like making career changes and big moves. And y’all know that I have done all of these! While not easy, releasing attachment allows for others to take responsibility for the choices they make, and allows them to experience the lessons that they need in order to grow. It relieves us from owning the outcomes of what others choose to do, and keeps us honest and responsible for what it is that we choose in our life. Furthermore, familial attachments affects our lower three chakras and show up energetically and physically in the body. Foot, knee, or hip pain. Low back pain and digestive issues. Lack of confidence and feelings of unworthiness are all common symptoms of familial attachments.

Learning how to lovingly detach is a choice that means that you have to be willing to let go of control. That’s right….all of you control freaks (and recovering control freaks), it starts with releasing control and moving into flow. This takes lots of practice, but the beautiful thing with this process is that it does get easier each time you choose to let go. When you let go and you let people and situations run it’s natural course, you save yourself from all the discomfort that comes along with worrying. Because why? WORRY is a WASTED emotion! It does nothing but make you feel unwell, steals your present joy, and does not positively affect the outcome of an event!

Our Angel Numbers for today, 828 and 2228 speak to this fact LOUD & CLEAR! 828 brings a message to focus on what it is that you really want to achieve. Pour your energy into what you want to experience as it is in this space that you will invite success. Success depends upon your attitude, your way of thinking, taking affirmative action, and taking responsibility for the outcomes in your life. Have the desire and intention, make the decision to take action, then do it. Take a leap of faith and trust that your inner-guidance system will lead you in the right direction. Putting your focus into where you would like to go in life and what you want to achieve will leave you little time to waste on attaching to what is happening outside of your bubble. Angel Number 828 is an indication that one door is beginning to open, and another is about to close. Be sure to listen to your intuition closely as it will guide your steps to positive and steady abundance and prosperity during these changes.

Angel Number 2228 is a message that is encouraging you to believe that you are worthy of receiving success, abundance and prosperity into your life as it is your Divine birthright. 2228 also tells you to measure the vibrations you emit as ‘like attracts like’. The vibrations or energies you send out are made up of your conscious and unconscious energies, and you attract into life the situations, experiences and people that have a similar energy or vibration. The Universe provides a mirror so that you are able to see the reflection of the energies and vibrations you are emitting. So…..guess what? When you are experiencing “bad luck” or things seem to be going wrong all at the same time….The Universe is trying to get your attention that there is something that is out of whack! Your thoughts and actions are not congruent with your desires. It’s an energetic kick in the ass to make some changes! When you adjust your thoughts, attitude, and actions from negative and low vibrational to positive and high frequency, the situations around you will change. It has to because ‘like attracts like’! And if it doesn’t, take the time to investigate what negative ideas and thoughts you are still attached to regarding the situation. Remember that everything is a choice. Your choice! This is where your power lies. Use it wisely!

A Number 5 day in more ways than one!

Today is a number 5 day.

June (the 6th month) + 8 (today’s date) = 14 + 2 (from 2025) = 16 + 2 (from 2025) = 18 + 5 (from 2025) = 23 = 2 + 3 = 5.

5 represents changes. Sundays are perfect days to contemplate the changes that we are ready to make in our lives. To not only thoughtfully think about what we want to experience, but also how we are going to shift our thoughts and take action to birth these experiences.

The Energetic 411 for today is brought to us by the number 644, which just so happens to also resonate with the number 5. 6+4+4 = 14 = 1+4 = 5.

Angel 644 is encouraging you to see yourself in a higher light, as your true self. Pare back the illusions and mistruths that have been projected onto you by others. Only you can know who you truly are, without judgement. It’s so important to know and understand the self, void of the fears of your relatives and friends. When you come to know this pure version of you, you start to move about this existence with and effortless confidence. From this higher light, the wonder of life can be experienced.

644 beckons you to adjust your focus. Too much focus on the material leads to imbalance and robs you of the magic that comes from interactions that money can’t by. Take the time to acknowledge the discipline and hard work you have put into your endeavors in the past, and know that they will have long term benefits.

If you really want something, you must put your intention behind it, focus upon it and work towards it. Be willing to devote time and energy towards achieving your goals and aspirations. Make them a priority in your life and keep in mind that patience is a stepping stone to wisdom.

Mid-Year Update

Aloha from the shores of Douglas Lake! It’s so good to be back in my nature sanctuary surrounded by life-giving trees, grounding quartz crystal beneath my feet, and the melody of bird song. What I realized the most on this last trip was to completely follow my instincts and my desires. As a result…..HUGE CHANGES occurred both inside and out!

The body, mind, and spirit connection never ceases to amaze me! I have witnessed a transformation in my physical body as a result of releasing blame, guilt, and shame that has never belonged to me. I did this when I made the conscious decision to lead with compassion when dealing with some of the most difficult people and situations in my life. Now don’t get things twisted…..leading with compassion does not mean allowing people to take advantage of me or for me to be a martyr. Leading with compassion meant allowing people to be who they are, choose for themselves, and loving them in the place that they were at. It meant remaining high vibrational amongst those whose frequencies were not in alignment with my own. Checking in with myself to make sure that I held my frequency strong. It also meant honoring myself in every moment so as to not get depleted. Sometimes honor meant saying no to an invitation, but extending a later invitation when I was whole again. Other times honor meant not fully sharing my plans with those who were not meant to be a part of those plans. As a result, I was able to heal a heart wound which I have carried through many lifetimes. Physically I have felt the shift in my heart space and some physical ailments like the muscle adhesions in my left upper arm has resolved.

As we move toward the Summer Solstice on June 20th, we can look forward to a mid-year reset! The Energetic 411 for this week and month is in alignment with the Number 6. The Number 6 resonates with the attributes of home, family, and balance. It’s about balancing the earthly with the spiritual. Honoring both our energetic light bodies as well as our physical embodiment. Relating the material and earthly things that we do back to our soul’s growth. Remembering that everything that we do here throughout earth school is for our soul’s growth.

The following message came through for an individual and later I was told to share it with those who would make their way here.

“It’s time to let go of fear around loving detachment. Detachment does not equate to loss, but instead frees you of constant worry. Worry is a wasted emotion because it takes you out of the present moment and traps you into a time where you cannot make a decision. You are not alone. You have a whole spiritual and earth team who are here to assist you. Stop thinking you have to know it all and do it all. In every moment there is a choice. You get to choose. “

Lovingly detaching is the single most important thing that you can do in order to free yourself from the worry, pain, and suffering that keep you trapped in repeating patterns. This is not easy to do on your own especially because it always hides behind the guise of love.

IGS - Inner Guidance System

Happy Mother’s Day to all the sweet mothers who make our world go ‘round! May you stand in the confidence of your Divine Feminine; knowing that your IGS will always show you the way!

Today’s energetic 411 is asking you to focus on what you want to achieve. Success depends upon your attitude, your way of thinking, taking affirmative action, and taking responsibility for the outcomes in your life. We are all so good at focusing on what we do not want to achieve through a strong connection with our fears. Our fears manifest easily as they are brought forth through the emotion and constant worry that we project through them. It’s time to learn to put your Energy in Motion, your EMOTIONS, into what you want to experience and create. Make your positive thoughts the constant chatter that you replay in your mind over and over. Then have the desire and intention, make decisions to take action, then do it. Your inner guidance system (IGS) will lead you in the right direction. Be sure to listen to your intuition closely as it will guide your steps to positive and steady abundance and prosperity during these changes.

Learning to shift your thoughts and emotions takes practice and many of us struggle to do it on our own. Learning tools that will anchor your thoughts and emotions into your energy centers in the physical body will help you to create from a place of confidence and help you to achieve success.

Magician

The energetic 411 speaks of endings and closures which are clearing the way for you to fully pursue your purpose and soul mission.

Light workers are to step up their duties and work for the benefit of humanity and the world as a whole. Trust that you will find a comfortable balance between your material, family, and your spiritual paths.

An important life phase is about to come to an end. You are being guided towards new opportunities and situations that are better suited to your needs. Do not fall into the traps of greed and money worries, as development of wisdom and self-awareness bring rewards beyond the material and are much more soul fulfilling.

Prosperity is assured when you open yourself to receiving and accepting the help and guidance from your team of light.

Learn to allow your personal values and principles to be your guide and stand in your own truths. Walk your talk, speak your truths, balance the past, present, and future in the year and now. Honor the past is your teacher and the present as your inspiration.

It’s time to incorporate regular quiet time into your life. Meditate, journal, walks in nature. You need time to tap into your soul and connect so that the channel is clear and the messages are free to flow. Constant doing, thinking, running around only serves as a distraction and an obstacle towards your purpose.

S L O W. Slow down. Feel. Listen. Understand. Inner-stand. Be. Get comfortable with quiet and peace. Designate at least one day each week to move slowly, without a list of things to do. A freedom day, if you will! Allow this day to flow and allow yourself to choose in each moment what you desire to do rather than what you feel forced to do.

It is only from this space of freedom and flow that you will understand how powerful you are. You will connect with the magician within, the alchemist who can turn any desire into gold.

No more indecision and worry over things you cannot control. As the magician, you know that the outside circumstances of the world are a mere reflection of what you have created within. You can choose to change what is not working for you. But first you have to have the desire, then you must choose to take the action steps in the direction of your chosen desire.

Hunter

The energetic 411 message is “Be the Hunter not the Hunted“.

As we drove out of our driveway lined with forest trees, our attention was suddenly pulled towards the tree line, as something swift and bulky made an attempt to escape our oncoming car. It took us only a split second to realize it was a very large hawk with a squirrel in his clutches. As we drove by the hawk it sat perched high on the leafless trunk of a dead tree staring at us as if to say, “thanks for ruining my meal”. He was without the squirrel that previously dangled from his talons.

We looked at each other with excitement and said, “we saved that squirrel!” No sooner than these words left our lips, the message “Be the Hunter, not the Hunted,“ Dropped into my head. 

Do you feel you are at the beck and call of circumstances, situations, and relationships that are outside of your control? Is your attention being called away from what you love – from your passionate focus upon your own journey and creative self expression? Do you feel as if you get roped in to becoming a support, tonic, savior, and heal all for others? There’s a big difference between healthy supportiveness in a relationship and ignoring your own journey, out of misplaced guilt, shame, unworthiness, or the belief that the needs of others are more important than your own. That is not compromise. That is unhealthy and neglectful of yourself.

You’re being asked to see through the assumptions, expectations, and manipulation that may be put upon you by yourself or others. See through them to the truth! You are capable of seeing the truth, outsmarting old patterns, and responding more creatively to craft new and improved relationships and outcomes. You don’t have to be drawn into the drama of others, or the suffering of repetitive struggles. Become still and intentional, with a willingness to see the truth. In doing so, you will be open to being shown another way through the inner wisdom of your heart and insight from the great universal mind.

It’s time to toughen up, folks! Life is not going to magically get easier unless you take the proverbial bull by the horns. The only person that can make the change that you want to experience, is you! There are many ways to approach change. However, with the state of our earthly world, I am opting to move the needle sooner rather than later. And the best way that I know how to make this swift change is to align all parts of me through energy shifting.

Energy shifting allows us to use our physical body to connect with our mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of us. When our body, brain, feelings, and wise part are all working toward the same goal, the magic happens! From this space, we can create what we want to experience here on earth. But it rarely happens by accident. It takes know how, effort, and the willingness to go after it. Your desire to make the change and be different must be greater than staying in your comfort zone.

It all starts with making the choice to be the Hunter, not the Hunted.

Endings + Changes

Change.

Releasing those things that are keeping us stuck so that we can make room for the things that will fulfill us.

The soul is always seeking completion. This is the reason that we experience repeating patterns. It’s our wise part showing us what is ready to be completed. You know those things that we do over and over again? We don’t like it , but we do it nevertheless. It may be the way we react to a situation. A thought about ourselves. Or something we say as an automatic programmed response, when we become uncomfortable. Our soul yearns to complete these cycles so we can make room for growth… so that we can feel better and be better.

It’s time to take notice, seek to understand, and then make a choice to change. HOW, you may ask? Well, when something comes up for me, I become aware of what is happening and how to it makes me feel. If it’s a feeling that is uncomfortable, I dig deeper. This is not the time to shut the feelings off because it’s uncomfortable. Deep in the emotion that feels yucky is the seed, the answer to change. We feel the ick because the E-motion, or the Energy in motion, is the energy moving in the part of the body that is being affected. This happens because the soul is seeking completion in this matter. So I dig deeper to find that seed. Why is this making me feel uncomfortable? What do I not like about it? Seeking to understand what is happening on all levels- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - giving me the “inner-standing” of how I would like to feel instead. Then I go ahead and explore how I would prefer to show up in a similar situation. I get to choose how I want to feel in the next moment. Each time I apply the new feeling to a recycled situation, I complete a part of the cycle or may be able to bring it to full completion. I know that I have healed the situation to full completion when my chosen “feel good response” happens naturally and I feel neutral about it. Neutrality is the key!

Today’s energetic 411 is brought to you by the number 955. 9 = endings and 5 = changes. All endings are followed by new beginnings so instead of dreading an ending, think of it as a graduation into something more aligned. Although you may not understand the reasoning at the time, everything always happens for your greatest good. Blessings in disguise. The number 955 tells you that within you is the power to co-create your life experiences and pathway. You have the ability to create a better life for yourself and others. By consciously making positive and productive choices and clearing yourself of limiting beliefs, you are able to create the life that resonates with your soul. Accept and integrate those things that resonate with you, and discard those that do not. Only take on board that which sits well within you.

The Energetic Weather

Today’s energetic 411 is brought to you by the number 8. This number represents personal power, self-confidence, striving forward, progress, and the spiritual law of cause and effect. Today is a number 8 day, so be sure to hold positive expectations without being attached to the outcome and carry positive thoughts with you throughout the day.

The energetic weather is a little evasive this morning. Not in your face like it was yesterday. Much less volatile and a little more settled. The physical frequency symptoms noted are predominantly male in nature, as the male aspect continues to strengthen into softness instead of brute force. The notifications are being felt in the throat energy center highlighting the way we communicate. We are being encouraged to be real and who we truly are at all times, instead of falling into programed beliefs of having to meet the expectations of others.

I believe that expectations are the root of all disappointment because when we are expected to be a certain way, and it is not who we are, we die a little inside each day. Our true self dies because it is hidden. We forget who we are, and we lose our sense of self.

There’s a storm brewing inside each of us right now. The storm is kicking up the complications in our lives; the things that make us uncomfortable. It’s time to feel it, instead of shoving it aside. It is longing for completion. Hell, you are longing to complete the cycle, right? Aren’t you tired of the same scenario over and over and over again?

Ask yourself, why am I feeling this again? What is it that I don’t like about this? Declare how it makes you feel and then explore how you would rather feel instead. Connect with all parts of yourself while consulting with your team of light to open the door to more expansive parts of yourself. Then choose what you want to experience.

In every moment, you have the option to choose to stay tied up and continue to repeat the cycle, or to complete the cycle and experience what you truly desire.
