Your Body Never Clocked Out
The Energetic 411
You Finished the Week. But Did Your Body?
This week, I started training for my new position.
It has been years since I worked for a company or stepped into a group environment that wasn’t of my own making. I’m accustomed to creating the room, setting the frequency, guiding the experience. This time, I was walking into someone else’s rhythm, someone else’s structure, surrounded by people whose energy I had never experienced before.
My nervous system noticed immediately.
On the first day, I could feel myself revving. There was the excitement of beginning something new, the nervous energy coming from the other trainees, and the incredibly high vibrational frequency of our trainer. Add hours of new information, new expectations, new responsibilities, and an entirely different rhythm to my day, and by midday my body had had enough.
I felt anxious.
But this is where knowing the language of my own body changed the experience.
I didn’t immediately decide something was wrong with me. I didn’t make the anxious feeling mean that I wasn’t capable of doing the job or that I had made the wrong decision. I didn’t allow my mind to take a physical frequency notification and turn it into a story.
I recognized what was actually happening.
My nervous system was activated.
I was processing a lot of new information while simultaneously navigating my own excitement and the energy of an entirely new group of people.
My body needed somewhere for all of that energy to go.
So instead of trying to wish it away, meditate it away, eat it away, or think my way out of it, I went to the gym.
And I worked it out of my body.
Movement was the medicine.
As I moved, my head began to clear. The doubts that had started creeping in lost their grip. I could feel the energy moving out of my head and identity center instead of continuing to accumulate there.
I grabbed something to eat, grounded myself, and by the time I logged back onto our 2:00 conference call, I was ready.
Not because I had forced myself to calm down.
Because I had listened to what my body actually needed.
That distinction matters.
We Have Become Very Good at Trying to Make the Body Stop Talking
When discomfort shows up, most of us have been trained to ask some version of the same question:
How do I make this go away?
We do it with anxiety.
We do it with headaches.
We do it with fatigue.
We do it with tension.
We do it with digestive issues, irritability, restlessness, poor sleep, and the endless physical sensations we experience while moving through our lives.
Sometimes we absolutely need to address what is happening physically. But Physical Frequency Intelligence™ asks us not to stop there.
It asks us to become curious about what the body has been experiencing.
Because your body participates in everything you do.
Every conversation.
Every responsibility.
Every expectation.
Every exciting opportunity.
Every uncomfortable interaction.
Every moment you pushed yourself.
Every moment you wanted to stop but kept going.
Every moment of joy.
Every moment of uncertainty.
Your conscious mind may move on to the next meeting, the next responsibility, or the next day.
The body may still be processing what already happened.
That became incredibly clear to me as the week continued.
I had entered a completely different rhythm in my life. There was so much excitement around it, but excitement is still energy. New opportunity is still change. Growth still asks the body to adapt.
And sometimes we are so busy celebrating what is happening that we forget to acknowledge what the body has had to do in order to keep up with us.
Not Every Activation Is a Warning to Stop
This is another distinction I believe we need to understand.
My nervous system becoming activated on that first day did not mean I was unsafe.
It did not mean this new opportunity was wrong for me.
It did not mean I needed to retreat.
It meant my body was experiencing something new.
That is very different.
We can become so afraid of nervous system dysregulation that we begin treating every moment of activation as something dangerous. But there are times when the body is simply responding to expansion.
New relationships can activate us.
New opportunities can activate us.
Success can activate us.
Being seen can activate us.
Learning something unfamiliar can activate us.
Walking into the room we prayed to enter can activate us.
The work is not always to avoid the activation.
Sometimes the work is learning how to recognize it, support the body through it, and allow the energy to complete its cycle instead of becoming stuck.
That day, my body needed movement.
Another day it may need quiet.
Rest.
Food.
Water.
A boundary.
A conversation.
Time alone.
There is no universal answer because the point of Physical Frequency Intelligence™ is not to memorize what you're “supposed” to do.
The point is to build a relationship with your body strong enough that you can begin recognizing what your body is asking for.
What Are You Still Carrying?
By the end of the week, another realization began to surface.
The workday ends.
The meeting ends.
The conversation ends.
The calendar tells us the week is over.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean the body is finished with it.
We can carry the residue of an entire week into the next one without even realizing it.
The pressure in the neck.
The jaw that never quite unclenched.
The heaviness in the shoulders.
The buzzing nervous system.
The tight belly.
The exhaustion we keep calling “just being tired.”
And then Monday comes, and we ask the body to do it all over again without ever acknowledging what it carried for us the week before.
That is where awareness changes everything.
Not because awareness magically removes every sensation.
Because awareness creates choice.
Once I recognize that my body is holding something, I can work with it.
I can respond rather than override.
I can support rather than suppress.
I can stop treating the body like an inconvenient passenger and begin relating to it as the intelligent participant it has always been.
This is the work.
Not perfection.
Relationship.
The Invitation
The Energetic 411 is where I share the awareness.
The Physical Frequency Collective is where we practice it.
This week inside The Physical Frequency Collective, I’m taking this conversation deeper with a Sacred Sunday Physical Frequency Integration Practice built around one deceptively simple question:
Where am I still holding the week?
This is not another piece of information for you to consume.
It is an experience designed to help you step out of the noise, connect with your body, recognize what may still be lingering beneath the surface, and create space before asking yourself to carry another week.
Because learning about your body is valuable.
Learning how to be in relationship with it changes everything.

You may have finished the week.
The question is—
has your body?
